Dr Roy is a amazing Dr and would recommend him to anyone The insurance companies unfortunately dictate how much time they should take with each of their patients but I think he may take more time then they require I just hope he will always do that

Dr. Roy is an excellent physician who is always willing to answer your questions and always asks if you completely understand what has been discussed, he's always willing to take time to talk to you and makes you feel like you are a person and not just a number.

My parents met at Howard Medical School. When my mother graduated she entered a national contest gauging medical knowledge She came in 6th in the country. Dr. Roy is the best Doctor I have ever had, and I have had a lot of health issues over the years so I have been to many medical health systems. I have 10 doctors and he is at the apex. He is knowledgeable, caring, analytical, and empathetic. I Always recommend my friends to him, but as my mother used to say,'you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink!'

My primary care experience is markedly better recently than it has been in the past. Office staff is much better informed, more polite and much more helpful than in previous encounters (in person and by phone) over many years. I find Dr. Roy to be a very compassionate physician who listens to what I have to say (not my previous experiences) and offers his advice and opinions in a reasoned, evidence-based manner. We have been patients at this practice for decades, even before Dr. Roy arrived on the scene. And since Dr. Roy has been on the scene, I'm just going to address that time frame, we've always been very satisfied. We always get a response when we make a phone call. You know, if we have to follow up on something or there's a question about something, or we need something. So we have been very satisfied with the office. And at times when we've had to see the other doctors, we've seen Dr. Michael and Dr. Cleaves, we've also been very satisfied with them also. The other female doctor, I'm not familiar with. And then I think I also saw one that's maybe only there in the morning on a, not an emergency emergency

Dr. Roy always takes the time to listen carefully. He is a very caring doctor. His staff is vey attentive.

Dr. Roy is the kindest, most compassionate doctor I have ever been treated by. It isn't easy getting an appointment with him, probably because he is so wonderful and everyone wants to be seen by him, but a visit with him is worth the wait. He is not an alarmist. He doesn't order unnecessary tests, he has a calming presence, and never rushes me through my appointment. In addition, he is an excellent diagnostician. If he thinks something is wrong, the tests prove him right time after time. My entire family has Dr. Roy as their primary physician, and some nurses and PA in other doctors' offices use him as well. I hope he never retires.
