She communicates easily - her instructions are always given in detail and she makes sure I understand the plan. The staff was very informative, very polite, very timely. And Shanna Sowell, our nurse practitioner we saw, was fantastic, had great interpersonal skills. She was very upbeat and did a good deal of psychoeducation and teaching. My mother, who is 90 years old, about her problems, she definitely took her time with her also and gave her a good review of systems.
