I'm sorry, I do not have my surgeons name. (Don't have my paperwork in front of me) I can't that Doctor enough. He's a gentleman before anything and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be in the shape I'm in. I don't trust anyone. I am beyond glad I put my trust in him n will forever. I hate taking these surveys cause I feel they don't get the correct people the recognition they deserve. I hope this is not the case n whoever reads this finds out who that surgeon was not only gives him the credit he deserves, but a huge thank you from me

And I had a lot of questions. Staff was very helpful too. From xrays to completing ppwk for NJ MVC placard. Very positive experience. I look forward to my 4 wk follow up.
