I always have a very positive experience. The office is conveniently located, the staff is friendly, and Sharmila Galvelis is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I was glad Dr Galvelis was able to accommodate and change the appointment since my lab work and scans were not available. I appreciate how she explains the results and this time I received a print out comparing my numbers over the past two years. I also appreciate that she heard my concerns with my heart issues over the past few weeks.

The experience I've had with Dr. Nemeth's team and Cooper in general is something worth studying and replicating. Emotional and mental healthcare are just as important as physical healthcare, and Cooper seems to understand and incorporates it into all touch points. The focus seems to be on wellness, not illness, which supports holistic life care. Great job to you all.

Hello, I would like to leave my feedback in reference to Cooper Care Alliance. I think that one improvement that would be extremely beneficial if it was easier to talk to a live operator versus calling and getting, and having to leave a message with a call service. Again, it's easier to speak to a live operator. Other than that, and I've recommended them to many of my family members who are patients.
