I've been seeing Charmela for over two years now, three, and I would say she's the best provider. Always so kind and compassionate and truly explains everything detail by detail.

My experience in your office and Sharmila are spectacular. I have to tell you your questionnaires and surveys are a real pain. If I was unhappy in any way I would tell he office because this probably won't even be read. I think you should change the word unique in your query.

Also, I very much appreciate that a Labcorp tech is on site at this location. I was able to have my blood drawn without another appointment at a different Labcorp. Hello, I would like to leave my feedback in reference to Cooper Care Alliance. I think that one improvement that would be extremely beneficial if it was easier to talk to a live operator versus calling and getting, and having to leave a message with a call service. Again, it's easier to speak to a live operator. Other than that, and I've recommended them to many of my family members who are patients.

Dr. Namath is usually my Primary Doctor Who I really like. I've had Dr.Shamar G ( not sure ) a couple of times and I enjoy her also

My doctor, my current doctor, is very attentive and concerned, yet factual with information and encouraging. So that part is very good, which I haven't had that experience in quite some time, so I'm very appreciative of her interest in my overall well-being from whatever area we're talking about, whether it's mental health, physical health, emotional health, or whatever. Every person I have dealt with at the willingboro, NJ office has been absolutely delightful, friendly, competant, and respectful. They are amazing women and I have suggested this office to other family members and my mother is going to be switching from her doctor and my daughter is going to be going to this office in november when she moves back to NJ. I love it there.

The experience I've had with Dr. Nemeth's team and Cooper in general is something worth studying and replicating. Emotional and mental healthcare are just as important as physical healthcare, and Cooper seems to understand and incorporates it into all touch points. The focus seems to be on wellness, not illness, which supports holistic life care. Great job to you all.
