I am very happy with my doctor but wish I could get someone to help me get my doctor access in my portal. The doctor and me both would like to have her in my portal and no matter how many times I have called for help to the IT group I do not get anyone to give me access. They act like I am asking for something I should not have.

Dr Lewis was very thorough with the appointment. The new medication she gave me she warned me about the side effects which was very helpful. She listened to everything I had to say about my concerns as well.

This visit was for a procedure with Dr Lewis - she was wonderful as was the staff person that assisted her.

dr lewis was knowledgeable and compassionate. she understood my concerns and the liabilities of my vertigo disorder and provided positive steps to help her move toward a definitive program. i would recommend her whole-heartedly to my friends.

I have recommended Dr Lewis on a couple occasions. The people who have seen her have thanked me cause they finally feel they have found a Dr that has helped them. Dr Lewis is caring and talks to me like I am her only patient. I never feel rushed and she always comes in with a smile. My only complaint is I have Medicare and receive my treatments every 90 days like clockwork. Cooper knows my treatment will get approved yet I have to wait to schedule my 3 month appointment. I am not going to get younger so I will have Medicare going forward. So at least in this case you can assume approval more often than not. Please review this policy.

Dr. Sharon Lewis is the most amazing physician I've ever encountered. She is so compassionate and professional, as well as highly educated, and has been the only one to help me with my migraines. My only complaint is that, unfortunately, Botox injections are only offered on a Thursday, only one day a week, And it would be nice if that could be expanded to more than one day a week. But that's nothing negative towards Dr. Lewis. I think that's a scheduling issue. The front desk was courteous. She's mostly on time. And if she isn't on time, I'm sure there's a good reason for it. And she's worth the wait. And I hope you value her as much as I do. Thank you.

I really enjoy when I have appointments with Dr. Lewis. She has really great bedside manner and my last appointment I really felt like she listened to my needs and took the time to also bring me up to speed as well as I have a very complex case. So I did appreciate that. I do think, and this isn't because of her doing, but there needs to be other providers that provide the small fiber biopsy which I need and is causing the delay on figuring out all my other issues because she's the only provider and I have to wait over a couple of months when I first scheduled it, now until July. My experience was Outstanding. I felt very comfortable once I knew Dr. Lewis was a Black American. It really matters, as a Black man I knew that I would get Outstanding care from Dr. Lewis. In case you are wondering. No, I don't believe White doctors care more for their Black patients than Black doctors do.

This office is clean, the staff is very respectful and the doctor is superior. I followed Dr. Lewis from Penn because she cares and helps so much

Good afternoon. Dr. Sharon Lewis is amazing. She's very caring and compassionate. She listens. She understands how I'm feeling, things that are going on, and she makes recommendations based on that, of course, in a medical judgment. But she takes the time out to listen and talk through the issues that I'm having, whether it's with the medication or not taking a medication or what I'm feeling, how I'm feeling, my pain levels, my difficulties with maneuvering around. She listens and she takes notes and she takes care with the treatment plan that we go with moving forward. So thank you, Dr. Lewis. Thank you.
