As you can see from my responses, my experience was absolutely great! Shawn is patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. He lets you know his diagnosis, and most importantly, what to do! I already feel 100% better. And, the staff-they couldn't be more friendly or nice. I give my experience an A+++.

I had a great experience yesterday at cooper with Dr Shawn Mahoney I have been in in pain with my hip since march and last night the pain subsided. I have 13 steps to get to my bedroom upstairs and last night it was easy to do. I appreciate the care that was given and I'm grateful for the pain relief. I had an injection and it made a big difference. Thank you so much. I will recommend your practice to all my friends.

Cooper and their physicians and staff are amazing they go above and beyond and I have only positive experiences with them!! Shawn Mahoney is exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind. So was all the staff in Glassboro. They make going to the doctor an actual pleasure.

Everything about the check in and check out was amazing I felt like we just got there and we were leaving out. The staff made the experience worth being there I now know I choose the right place.

I don't and have not ever liked these questions. They just seem a little too deep. You see your doctor. You have pain a problem they take care of it. I don't know how someone treats you as a unique person. What does that mean, interested in me as a whole person How is somebody supposed to react to that question change these statements!

Dr. Mahoney did a great job explaining the treatment and what I can do to avoid a knee replacement. That is an example of a doctor who works with the patient to avoid needless surgery. It may end up there but I'm confident we will explore all other avenues first

Shawn Mahoney and his staff have always treated me excellently. I've never had to wait a very long time. They've been decent to deal with. I have a bone and bone on bad knees, and he's an orthodontist. He's handled both my gel injections and my cortisone injections. They're done quickly. They're done efficiently. They're done without pain. And I'm extremely happy with the service that Dr. Mahoney's provided me over the years. Thank you.

Shawn was patient, and explained every question I asked him. He used a model of a hip replacement to explain the procedure to me. I don't fear the process now. He was awesome.

I had an emergency situation where I needed to get help right away and Shawn and Dr. Yan within one week had me treated and on my way so that I could enjoy a vacation because I was in so much pain. I have never experienced such caring. and especially from the front desk who tried to make this happen for me. I am just so thankful that I don't have to cancel my 80th birthday trip because now I'm able to walk a little better and I really greatly appreciate them.

Staff and Dr. Mahoney were great!

It had been a long time since I had a one to help my knee pain, due to previous practices closing and then 2 other practices afterwards where I was very, very uncomfortable. When Cooper came to our area I was delighted because Cooper had literally saved my son's life many years ago. I am so comfortable with every one of my new Cooper Docs! I recommend them to everyone!

My. Experience overall was good. I get to see my x-ray. He explain of the issue of what's going on with me.

I was skeptical at first about trying Cooper. Now I'll be more likely to try specialists when my kids need them, which is often!

I'm very glad I chose Cooper Orthopedics, the care given to me has been exceptional and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Both the doctor and the MA were caring and supportive throughout my treatment. They explained the procedure (steroid injection) and made sure I was comfortable. I experienced almost no pain- which I attribute to the skill, experience and care of the doctor.

The doctor was very nice he explained everything about my foot how it was healing he show me the exray and he was a very person

The wait was 30min. The care was excellent.
