In this office are the Most extremely nice employees and doctors I've been to in a long time. Dr. Mahoney is very nice and caring, he takes his patients and job seriously. When I first saw him over a year and a half ago, my appointment was with my neurologist &! broke my wrist & chipped a bone the night before and Dr. Bryson my neurologist asked me to wait a tee minutes. She came back and brought me to Dr. Mahoney who saw me, had x-rays done then after telling me my condition had my wrist casted. He's exceptional and made the time to see me. I'd 100% let anyone who needs a neurologist or hand orthopedic doctor go see them! All the employees are so professional and nice, they even remember your name. Unlike other offices I've been to. It's been many years as I'll be 68 in about 4 months. Thank the entire office for being so nice.

Overall my experience was a 9 plus. The staff is great and PA Shawn Mahoney is fantastic. He can give a cortisone shot like no other. My only is is the address for the facility on Victoria St when it is not.

Hello, everything went well. Everything was good. I feel plenty better seeing that doctor because he knows just what he's doing. Yes, and them, like, they don't know anything about human beings because all they're doing is just, you know, pushing me around. But this doctor, he sit down and explain everything to me. He was very good. And after seeing him, I come home and I'm walking good. You know, I do have a little pain sometimes, but I'm walking good. And I would never give him up. Anytime I have to go again, I'll go to that same doctor. I appreciate all what he did for me when I went yesterday.

Yes, Dr. Maloney is an excellent doctor. He has a way of giving shots that you don't even know you're getting them. He makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable and he explains stuff to you very carefully. And excuse me, I enjoy him being my doctor. Thank you.

Professional and Courteous

I had a great experience yesterday at cooper with Dr Shawn Mahoney I have been in in pain with my hip since march and last night the pain subsided. I have 13 steps to get to my bedroom upstairs and last night it was easy to do. I appreciate the care that was given and I'm grateful for the pain relief. I had an injection and it made a big difference. Thank you so much. I will recommend your practice to all my friends.

I don't and have not ever liked these questions. They just seem a little too deep. You see your doctor. You have pain a problem they take care of it. I don't know how someone treats you as a unique person. What does that mean, interested in me as a whole person How is somebody supposed to react to that question change these statements!

Everything about the check in and check out was amazing I felt like we just got there and we were leaving out. The staff made the experience worth being there I now know I choose the right place.

Dr. Mahoney did a great job explaining the treatment and what I can do to avoid a knee replacement. That is an example of a doctor who works with the patient to avoid needless surgery. It may end up there but I'm confident we will explore all other avenues first

Shawn Mahoney and his staff have always treated me excellently. I've never had to wait a very long time. They've been decent to deal with. I have a bone and bone on bad knees, and he's an orthodontist. He's handled both my gel injections and my cortisone injections. They're done quickly. They're done efficiently. They're done without pain. And I'm extremely happy with the service that Dr. Mahoney's provided me over the years. Thank you.

Shawn was patient, and explained every question I asked him. He used a model of a hip replacement to explain the procedure to me. I don't fear the process now. He was awesome.

The health and medical services provided by Cooper University Health Care are exceptional and outstanding. I have a number of health issues; and, I am very impressed by the qualty of service and indepth attention extended to me in an effort to provide comprehensive healing care and successful outcomes.

I had an emergency situation where I needed to get help right away and Shawn and Dr. Yan within one week had me treated and on my way so that I could enjoy a vacation because I was in so much pain. I have never experienced such caring. and especially from the front desk who tried to make this happen for me. I am just so thankful that I don't have to cancel my 80th birthday trip because now I'm able to walk a little better and I really greatly appreciate them.
