I'm grateful for the excellent service from all the staff.

Please stop asking in these surveys if I felt like a special, unique person. I'm in a hospital trying to get care. I don't need anyone to make me feel special. I just need them to help me with my medical issues. And, you know, if you need someone to make you feel unique and special, I'm pretty sure that's therapy, which is not what I was there for. So please stop putting that in surveys. And then zero to ten and then ask me to confirm with one. like I was about to hang up halfway through this whole thing. Most of that stuff is just yes or no. It's like, did I need help? Yes. Would you recommend this place? Yes. One to ten is way too much. Anyways, I was very happy with Cooper and Dr. Shelby. So thank you. You all did a great job and I appreciate it.

Shelby Ginsburg has always been patient and explained everything that I needed to know. I would tell other people to come see her but she's a great doctor.

EVERYONE even the call center went over and beyond for me and my daughter with a fractured wrist and a softball camp coming up i was in a head whirl and they have made everything for me so easy and even bent over backwards to het me in from appointment to the MRI THANK YOU!

This is a caring and very efficient office

This was my first visit but , l found the staff to be very friendly and courteous. I would re-visit this office. There was one minor issue that could be corrected easily,invest in some decent quality bandaids.

I was especially pleased that there was a hand specialist with whom PA Ginsburg could run past her choice of cast. The specialist agreed with P.A. Ginsburg. It made me feel as though Cooper, provided my mom with the best of care by having the Physicians, collaborate.

I saw the physician's assistant Shelby. It was the first time that I saw her. Unfortunately, she didn't have quite as many answers to questions that I had. So I think part of that was because she was only the physician's assistant and she wasn't aware of a lot of the different things that were going on. But she was very nice and she was very helpful. Thank you.

She answered most of my questions and could be a little more warm and fuzzy.
