It was time consuming to go through the 800 8 Cooper, and the people who answer cannot help you find a specific kind of provider. I mistakenly thought they could help me find a provider to prescribe BHRT for menopause symptoms. I spent so much time trying to find someone on my own. It just happened the doctor I found was a Cooper doc. Several people told me to call the 800 8 cooper number for guidance, so It was not just me who thought they could help with identifying a cooper provider. It would have been time saving if they had a way to direct a perspective patient to a provider who has specific specialty training. They were very nice, and once I found the doctor they were helpful. The office staff was AMAZING! Caring, professional.

She truly understood my feelings , issue and fully explained in great detail, so much so that I phoned my friend and she made an appointment and loved her. Note my friend drove all they way from Vinland
