The X-ray technician was very polite treated me as a real human being, so does the tech who took my blood pressure. The PA who gave me the shot explain very well What he was about to do. Therefore I was very satisfied with my visit.

The provider showed care and concern about my condition. He referred me to the Emergency Room and contacted the doctors there. I was admitted to the hospital and the orthopedic team provided care for me in my room. I am thankful and grateful for the care here.

I would like to state that I had a pretest completed with labs and EKG I just wanted to convey that that tech who did it was very helpful and friendly and professional

Hi, it was my first time to the Morristown facility. I was highly impressed. I was confused because at first I've never been there, so I kind of like, maybe if he had signs for directions, check in front desk, because I really didn't know where to go. But then yet, they told me to go to suite A, you know, and I did. And within 15 minutes, somebody came out and got me, which was good. They put me in the back and, you know, kind of went through the normal stuff, which is fantastic. I'm just thinking first coming into the building, if you're a first time visitor, it's a little confusing because you don't know where to go once you get into the lobby. So maybe a little sign that says check in and point it to the front desk, I think that could be helpful. That's my only comment. Above and beyond, the experience was great.

Stan is compassionate, caring, and definitely an asset to the Cooper Health System.
