Hi, it was my first time to the Morristown facility. I was highly impressed. I was confused because at first I've never been there, so I kind of like, maybe if he had signs for directions, check in front desk, because I really didn't know where to go. But then yet, they told me to go to suite A, you know, and I did. And within 15 minutes, somebody came out and got me, which was good. They put me in the back and, you know, kind of went through the normal stuff, which is fantastic. I'm just thinking first coming into the building, if you're a first time visitor, it's a little confusing because you don't know where to go once you get into the lobby. So maybe a little sign that says check in and point it to the front desk, I think that could be helpful. That's my only comment. Above and beyond, the experience was great.

Stan explained everything to me that was easy to understand. He has terrific bedside manner.
