Always a Pleasant experience! Dr Doyle and staff are always very nice!

My normal PCP didn't have a same day appt. Available, so I saw Dr. Doyle. She was great, she showed a genuine concern for my health even though I'd never met her or seen here before this sick appt. She gave me her full attention, was not distracted by anything and listened to what I had to say. She made sure to go over and explain everything so that I understood exactly what she was saying. Felt very comfortable with her and appreciated her kindness.

She listened, ask a series of questions, provided understandable educational explanations of what she determined to be a care plan and action to take the next time before presenting at the emergency room. She works very hard being short handed by NP's and the other physician that left so she can use some help. I always have a positive experience when visiting Dr Doyle. She is one of the most knowledgeable Physicians I have ever come across. She spends time explaining her diagnoses and when I leave the office I know I am going to get better,. However, Some of the questions on this survey are absolutely ridiculous. Come on. I was there for a sinus infection. The flu is running rampant and my physician is supposed to worry about "treating me as a whole person (whatever that means) Or worry about my personal needs (whatever that means 1. Did everyone treat you as a unique person 2. How often do you feel your provider cares about your emotional or psychological well-being 3. How often do you feel your provider is interested in you as a whole person 4. How often do you feel your provider is considerate of your personal needs
