When Dr. Damarau suggested going to this office, I expected a wait. I got in the very next day, got tremendous care, all of my questions were answered and I am very relieved that I have a plan. All of the visit practices and communication were thorough, and in a good amount of time. I was in and out within thirty minutes.

I always feel I am in good professional hands whenever I have an appointment. My last visit was different than previous visits since my sister was buried the day before my appointment. Receiving condolences and a hug was so comforting, but above all I felt the sincerity in the spoken words.

I found Stephanie Gibson personable, professional, and patient-centered in her approach to developing a treatment plan with me. That's remarkable!

Upon arrival, I was treated well by everyone from the check-in person, the medical assistant, and the doctor. I was able to feel heard and my symptoms taken seriously. I have multiple systems involved in what is going on, and My provider was able to recognize and identify next steps depending upon results of multiple tests that she ordered. I felt heard and aware of what my next steps would be.

this survey is very annoying. I do not go to doctors I dont feel comfortable with. This practice has been a Godsend to me in understanding my medical problems and providing me with the best options and explaining them thoroughly so I was able to make the best decision in my subseuent treatment. The entire staff is courteous and the doctors are excellent and honest. You could have just asked for my opinion rather than waste my time answering your repetitive questions.

Stephanie is wonderful! Everyone in the Urogynecology office is fantastic! I have recommended Dr Lipetskaia and the Cooper Urogynecology office to several co-workers. To clarify, my trust issues have nothing to do with Stephanie or anyone in your office. I don't trust many people. After seeing Dr Holzberg in 2016 (or maybe 2015? ), and being treated like my concerns didn't matter and were totally irrelevant, I am apprehensive to fully express my feelings or concerns now.
