All of the visit practices and communication were thorough, and in a good amount of time. I was in and out within thirty minutes.

I always feel I am in good professional hands whenever I have an appointment. My last visit was different than previous visits since my sister was buried the day before my appointment. Receiving condolences and a hug was so comforting, but above all I felt the sincerity in the spoken words.

Upon arrival, I was treated well by everyone from the check-in person, the medical assistant, and the doctor. I was able to feel heard and my symptoms taken seriously. I have multiple systems involved in what is going on, and My provider was able to recognize and identify next steps depending upon results of multiple tests that she ordered. I felt heard and aware of what my next steps would be.

During my visit, Stephanie Gibson explained in detail what I needed to do to help with the issue I was experiencing. She is very knowledgeable in her field and made me feel comfortable in discussing my concerns.

this survey is very annoying. I do not go to doctors I dont feel comfortable with. This practice has been a Godsend to me in understanding my medical problems and providing me with the best options and explaining them thoroughly so I was able to make the best decision in my subseuent treatment. The entire staff is courteous and the doctors are excellent and honest. You could have just asked for my opinion rather than waste my time answering your repetitive questions.

This is a great practice but due to it being a specialty practice it can be difficult to get an appointment with the physician. It can sometimes take 3 months to get an appt to see doctors within this practice but Stephanie Gibson was wonderful!
