This is my first experience there. I was very satisfied with the services and everyone was courteous and the process went along fine. The doctor was very informative about the procedure. So I was quite satisfied with whatever, you know, with the test. So I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Dr and staff were kind, patient and answered all my questions and concerns thoughtfully and respectfully. As a 73 year old woman, you are not always treated that way especially when talking about private and sensitive issues.

I had a very good experience with this provider. She was very accommodating to my daughter's needs. I am her guardian and her mother, she's a nonverbal autistic, and it was a very pleasant experience and I will be glad to see her again with my daughter.

I am a senior visiting Moorestown facility for the first time. I waited in a line that extended beyond the automatic doors. When I got to reception desk they asked "did I echeck in I stated "yes I did it at home online day before. I was told I should have gone to kiosk across the lobby. I told desk since I was here she could do it & she complied to my statement. Once I was in Lobby C the visit was stressless. I must mention two staffers "Tierney" & "Genesis" who were gracious, patient, helpful & cheerful. This initial visit to Cooper was with Dr Stephanie Kass. I was anxious but she handle my anxiety with professionalism & kindness!

Dr. Kass has great bedside manner. She listened to my concerns even when they were off subject. She made her recommendations and she made me feel comfortable. In that little bit of interaction, I trust her. So I will probably be using her as my gynecologist going forward.

She was very nice, pleasant, and friendly. She explained everything to me, and she explained the pros and cons of medication, and she was very patient because I was in a pain in the eye.
