This was my first time with Cooper Healthcare and I was so impressed from the moment I walked in! The woman checking me in was warm, welcoming and very professional. The only issue that I had was trying to navigate the preregistration via mychart. When I explained this to the registrar on the phone she told me not to worry, that they would take care of me when I got to the office! And as much as these automated phone systems are wonderful, it is really important when you don't feel well or something is going on to talk to a live person. And I hope that Cooper understands that. Meet with Stephanie and she had respect for my concerns/ needs and ordered a number of test to be done so she could confirm what any of my issues may stem from. As always I'm very happy with the care I receive. The only thing was waiting in the exam room for about 30 minutes. I understand Stephanie was with another patient and taking time which is very positive, and they want the next patient to be ready, thats why they put us in the room so promptly, but as the first questioned asked, if someone could just pop their head in and say "we didn't forget about you", she'll be right with you as soon as she's done with the person before you". I think it would be appreciated or put a tv in the exam room (just kidding)
