Overall, my experience was positive, especially with my physician. However the check in process wasn't exactly smooth, even though I completed a pre check in. 3 desks open, two in the front and one at the end of the row. I couldn't see the woman in the back and she yelled at me to come down to the end. Her tone was very uncomfortable and wasn't very welcoming I sat in the middle of the section, where I was told ti be seated and I heard my name being called from the hallway by the technician. I think it would've been better etiquette for her to walk into the waiting room before yelling my name from the hallway. Although once I got into the examining room, she was much more professional, and the physician was very attentive and thoroughly reviewed my history and was very good at explaining my condition and coming up with a treatment plan. Also, the checkout process was definitely much more professional so overall my satisfaction was high.
