It was my first visit and he was extremely kind. He listened and gave me eye contact. He asked questions wanting to know just what was happening with me. He offered sound information. He did not rush me. He seemed to understand my situation and my pain. I felt that he really wanted to help me and was in my corner that and that he truly cared.

Dr. Testa is a warm, kind, considerate Dr. who spends a lot of time with his patients. He answers all your questions.

With not so good reviews about the doctor, I was worried. BUT, they were wrong. My first time seeing this doctor, was a great experience. He listens and explains everything about my choices and what he thought would be the best thing for me. also said if things dont work out to give him a call and figure something else out. Did not brush off my issues and did not rush though my appointment. I matter as a patient.

This was my first time meeting Dr Testa. I have been seeing multiple specialists for ongoing issues and Dr Testa and this office was the nicest/warmest I've seen. While no one wants to have to come to a GI Dr, my visit to this office was better than I expected and I look forward to this office providing care to me.

Dr. Testa is extremely competent and very caring. I can tell he's doing his best to try to help find me answers for my health problems. I have never felt rushed out or dismissed by him. He is one of the best providers have had.

I felt the whole experience was remarkable compared to some providers I've visited. All of the staff members were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Dr. Testa spent sufficient time with me, listened to my history and concerns, and he interacted with his own questions related to my history and needs. After my appointment, Dr. Testa walked out with me, introduced me to the checkout staff person, and provided instructions to the staff person related to my next appointment/procedure. This was much appreciated. First class all the way.

Overall experience was great! Dr Testa listened to my concerns and addressed them. I had a very comfortable and pleasant visit! !
