Palumbo is an excellent person. He cares about you. Speaks in layman's terms so you can understand what he is saying. He thinks about what going on with my Injury, it takes a few moments when he is thinking it through. That is for my treatment then and there and my next visit, if the cortisone is working well. He actually asked me to call in 4 weeks to let him know how the shot is working.. I appreciate him and staff so much. If I could nominate him for an award or anything i could. I most definitely would. Merry Christmas

Steven Palumbo remembered us being there before and he was very thorough and he thought through my issues and knew exactly what I needed next. He ordered tests and a visit with another doctor. And I was able to get my appointments made at the end of my visit very soon.

I went to Moorestown bone and join and did not have a good experience. I won't go back. I usually see Dr Clinton in ch , but for this appt I saw Stephen Pulambo. They're both great providers, they seem to both actually care about me.

Dr Palumbo was very thorough and listened intently, as I read his voice notes later in the day, and he included everything I mentioned to him about my concerns. He went with the best course of action for me, and explained why and how he would go about it. He was also thorough in explaining exactly what was causing the issue I went to see about. He compared and contrasted the two possible diagnoses, and I understood fully and when I asked questions, he was completely transparent and incredibly clear. He asked me to return for a follow up and said we would assess my knee and see how we would proceed in the future. He also was very clear that if I needed to contact him prior to the next appt, then to absolutely make an earlier appt. I was very happy with the care I received from Dr Palumbo and am already feeling a difference with the knee pain diminishing.

Cooper staff is always helpful and nice. Never had a bad experience with cooper.

Steven Palumbo was great. He was very informative, never made you feel rushed. The experience with the provider was ok cause I just just met him an it was my first time with him But I ask questions that he answered. But I don't make decisions with out my primary Dr. Decisions. Of knowledge keep him informed of what's going on .other than that . The Orthopedic dr seems to be ok. An will send request of visit an additional information on my care to my primary Dr..

He was very, very helpful, telling me and letting me know what's going on with me, understanding, he's listening, and definitely give back motivated feedback. Need more just like him.

Everything was great. I especially appreciated that the doctor saw me on an emergency basis. The only thing I would like to have had is a strong pain med in case I had a painful crisis again. But outside of that, everything else was great. The doctor was wonderful. Thank you very much. That's all.

Everyone, from the people at the desk where you check in to the person who did weight, BP,etc., to the xray technician, to the woman at checkout were wonderful. I could not ask for a better healthcare visit experience. Steven Palumbo is calming, not rushed, explains things well, is receptive to questions, cares about your comfort (I had a Bakers cyst drained and two cortisone injections). He discussed options for next steps and made it clear that it is my choice.

The provider was great

I love my provider, Stephen. However, his staff could use some improvement. I had a request put in for gel shots. They were to call me back, and they never did. Two months later, I follow up, and it had been approved five days after the request was submitted. That kind of stuff is very disheartening, but I love Stephen.

I really like Dr Palumbo. He's very personable and listens to me about my health needs. He suggests additional medical consultations when needed. He doesn't rush to finish my time with him.

It is difficult to call to get an appointment when calling the main call center. I was transferred to two different places until someone said they would send a message for ortho to call me. I missed the first callback. When they called back I was able to get in to see the provider same day, which was fantastic. It would be helpful to have a more direct way to schedule
