Dr.Cassell was very kind. I Came into the office several days after being in Covid quarenteen. He then asked me if I minded if he masked. I brought him up to date on my Covid experience and told him my thinking on masks. That is, to prevent the spread of disease, masking is a two way street. It was nice of him to ask. He was then able to diagnose my foot problem and for now no treatment is necessary.

Everybody was extremely nice as soon as i walked in the door, the check in process was extremely efficient and clear. The provider was a very nice gentleman who listened to my concerns and gave me the proper treatment and advice to ease my pain. All around an amazing experience! !

Dr. Cancell and his complete staff were phenomenal! I was late for my appointment (morning after snow storm and freezing temperatures, so roads were frozen and slow moving and cautious traffic). The receptionist at the entrance to the hospital was not as pleasant and told even though I was given a "grace period", I was still late and the doctor may not see me but take a seat and wait! I did wait, more than 15 minutes yet when the nurse came to greet me, she was so pleasant and friendly, never mentioned my lateness!! While in the waiting room, I was greeted by another nurse who was just as pleasant and finally Dr. Cancell who was wonderful!

It was an excellent experience and Dr. Cancell is outstanding.

I like to go to the center with my doctor. Henry is very helpful and I don't remember the name for the food doctor, but he's very good. And I heard, I heard yesterday when I was there that he may be not be in the office anymore and sicker and be transferred. moved to Seagalville, and I'm very sad about it because he's very helpful with my toes and cut my nails and got the edges under one of my big toes, so I cannot say anything about it. The only problem, I don't have any problems with any, but of course, I don't understand why my diabetic medicine is so high in Walgreens and also the needles. I don't understand, I have to pay $110 for like four months But I be very helpful and very, Dr. Henry is very good because now I understand that I have to take less insulin and my blood sugar

Yes, I have no problem with all my Cougar doctors. They always seem to care about me, and they saw that I was doing fine, from the front desk, to the med techs, to everybody, the doctors especially. I have no problem at all with them. I've been with Cougars for quite a while now. I have no problem. Okay, thank you.
