Hi, I thought everyone did very well during my visit, from the first person at the first desk inside the door, to the nurse who took us back, to the intern, I think he was in the room, to the lady who helped us at the desk as we exited, especially Dr. Kensell, who was everything I could have hoped for and more. I am so grateful to the doctor who treated me. The only thing I can say is that I regret waiting so long to make an appointment because the pain I was in was so intense I couldn't bear it anymore, but I was afraid to make the decision. The woman who brought me back to the exam room was especially courteous to me person needs. She could see that I struggle with removing my sock n shoe because of my bad hip I struggle to reach them. And she offered to help me. Which made me absolutely grateful for the assistance.

It was an excellent experience and Dr. Cancell is outstanding.

I like to go to the center with my doctor. Henry is very helpful and I don't remember the name for the food doctor, but he's very good. And I heard, I heard yesterday when I was there that he may be not be in the office anymore and sicker and be transferred. moved to Seagalville, and I'm very sad about it because he's very helpful with my toes and cut my nails and got the edges under one of my big toes, so I cannot say anything about it. The only problem, I don't have any problems with any, but of course, I don't understand why my diabetic medicine is so high in Walgreens and also the needles. I don't understand, I have to pay $110 for like four months But I be very helpful and very, Dr. Henry is very good because now I understand that I have to take less insulin and my blood sugar

Yes, I have no problem with all my Cougar doctors. They always seem to care about me, and they saw that I was doing fine, from the front desk, to the med techs, to everybody, the doctors especially. I have no problem at all with them. I've been with Cougars for quite a while now. I have no problem. Okay, thank you.

It was my 1st time seeing Dr. Cancell. I thought he was very good at listening to my issues and providing a game plan for treatment. Some of your questions are not stated well for a 1st time visit.

The doctor was very courteous, very professional. He explained things to me up and above the knee. I had to wait for about five minutes to see him. And I invited a couple of my friends and a couple of my brothers to come see him.

The doctor is only concerned about my health

Dr. Cancell was very helpful and supportive. He listened well and was very concerned about my foot condition. He recommended a 6 month follow-up to see if the newly prescribed inserts are working and effective for my feet. He was genuinely happy for me that my pain is so much less since my last visit. I was really glad that he suggested a follow up in December.

Dr. Cancell and his staff are extremely professional. They are an asset to the Cooper organization. I highly recommend them every chance that I get to my family and friends.

Minimal waiting time, was given good treatment

Dr. Cancell was great. He did an X-ray, which I wanted and gave me a quick diagnosis and offered advice on helping me get better. I liked him a lot. Highly recommend.

I never wait long once I check-in at the desk and after I go back to the examination room it is usually not long at all before Dr. Cancell sees me. If I have any questions he always answers me and he is very friendly during the time I am in the examination room. The women at the desk are very friendly and the overall experience I always get when coming to the office is a pleasurable one!

Everything is always good when I visit

Dr. Cancell diagnosed my problem immediately and took care of it. My toes are no longer in pain. I am very happy with Dr. Cancell and all the support staff!

Questions like how often do I think the provider considers me as a whole person, thinks about my well being etc are really difficult to answer . You want to be honest and say that the provider was excellent and then you ask your questions. I believe I get great treatment and the providers are professional well educated, plesant and willing to answerer any questions. During that 20 -30 minutes I have full attention. It is one on one. When I leave that room and the next patient is up, that patient steps into my place in the doctors concentration and the attention is on that patient as it should be. This is not a criticism of any care giver or staff. It is just my opinion and you asked for it.

The doctor was very attentive and knew that I was there for a diabetic follow-up session. He was exceptionally experienced and I love him a lot and I'll be back to Morristown Cooper in Morristown, New Jersey soon.
