Every staff member was courteous and answered all my questions.

I've been a patient of Dr. McClane's since 2016. He has done four Colorectal surgeries on me. He had saved my life many many times & I will always be grateful for Dr. McClane and his knowledge, wisdom, expertise, experience, professionalism, kindness, empathy and outstanding/ exceptional bedside manner. I don't think I would be alive today without him! I have so much admiration & respect for Dr. McClane. He is thee Best ? ? and highly recommended. Thank you dr. mcclane for all that you do to make me better always.

Dr. McClane's office runs like a fine oiled machine. Everyone is kind, professional, and always making sure the patient is taken care of. I am very blessed to have them taking care of me. As for Dr. McClane his surgical skills are outstanding, and his bedside manners tip the scales.

From the time that I walked into the door until the procedure was done, I was very exceptionally happy with the services that were provided. Everyone went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered. My procedure was scheduled in openings that were made available to me, which was a wonderful blessing. And I very much appreciate all of the staff and physicians that I met and assisted me.

Great beside manner

Under the circumstances it was very calming, easy to talk about everything, and everyone I had interactions with, were wonderful!!!! Dr. McClane made me feel so at ease. Special!

Dr. Mcclane explained everything in detail and answered every question my family and I had regarding my upcoming surgery. I immediately felt comfortable with him and I feel confident with my decision to have my surgery performed by him. He was very empathetic and treated me like a person and considered my personal goals and quality of life. He truly treated the whole person, not just my disease process.

Nursing supervisor staff who settled me in the exam room was brilliant. She was a professional! kind, attentive, observant, thorough in setting me up for a good visit with the physician. I value the time the physician took to listen, examine me and address my concerns and I'm grateful for the med student who was an active and interested in reviewing pertinent resources. Lastly, the girls who made an appointment for me the good care all began with them. Thank you very much.

fabulous staff - only issues is signage and parking and geting to proper place. very poor. very difficulty. almost gave up and went home it was so frustrating. road around half hr. But after arrive staff was excellent -

Very good experiences the 2 visits. Everyone in the Hospital very courteous and helpful. Received phone calls from the Dr.'s with test results quickly and was able to schedule appointment right away. When you are dealing with serious health issues you need help navigating everything, and Cooper Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center, came through.

This was an absolutely positive experience. I have been to other places and it was a nightmare. Everyone at Cooper from the valet to all involved in my visit were friendly knowledgeable and professional. This was my first time here. I hope all my visits here maintain this level of service.
