Meeting Dr. McClane for the first time was an excellent experience. He showed professionalism, kindness and understanding of all my needs. He is very compassionate and truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients and doesn't rush them out of the office. He took his time in explaining my concerns and I felt at ease with him. Dr. McClane is amazing. His personality and professionalism is wonderful. He is brilliant and a skilled surgeon, being easy on the eyes is a bonus. Everyone in his office is warm, caring, and professional.

Nursing supervisor staff who settled me in the exam room was brilliant. She was a professional! kind, attentive, observant, thorough in setting me up for a good visit with the physician. I value the time the physician took to listen, examine me and address my concerns and I'm grateful for the med student who was an active and interested in reviewing pertinent resources. Lastly, the girls who made an appointment for me the good care all began with them. Thank you very much.

Dr. Mcclane explained everything in detail and answered every question my family and I had regarding my upcoming surgery. I immediately felt comfortable with him and I feel confident with my decision to have my surgery performed by him. He was very empathetic and treated me like a person and considered my personal goals and quality of life. He truly treated the whole person, not just my disease process.

Dr. McLean made me feel safe about having a procedure and that he can actually fix the problem.

Comfortable caring

I felt that Steven McClane did the absolute best he could to show his concern for me as a patient. Explained why it was necessary to stay on top of my health and the next steps that were necessary. I knew I wasn't his only patient but he made me feel like I was. I feel that he's very professional but also very caring at the same time, spoke to me in terms I could understand when it came to the procedure I had and course moving forward. I'm glad to have been under his care.

fabulous staff - only issues is signage and parking and geting to proper place. very poor. very difficulty. almost gave up and went home it was so frustrating. road around half hr. But after arrive staff was excellent -

As a registered nurse the experience was amazing.Everyone works impressively works works together .I chose Dr.Steven Mcclean because I researched him for my sister who lives in New Jersey . He operated on my sister a few years back . She had an 6 lb,cancerous tumor in her Transverse colon . I was very impressed with the care she received.So when my son needed Colon surgery I chose him .We live over an hour away,but my confidence in Dr.MCClean I wouldn't choose anyone else.
