All good... As always at Cooper!

I can't think of anything else you guys could have done better from the receptionist who checked me in, to the person who checked me out, to the nurse who was in the room, to Dr. Yang. You guys are great. I wouldn't change anything. I recommend you to all my friends. The only problem is I don't want to recommend you to everybody because then I will not be able to get in. Anyway, I can't say enough about your practice on Brace Road. It's amazing.

Dr. Yang was very helpful. She understood my concerns about my own health, and she sensibly answered my questions about how best to protect the health of family and friends while I recovered from a likely virus. If I didn't already have a primary care provider, I would gladly adopt her.

First visit. Went well.

Yes, I went in on the 17th. My primary doctor, Jonathan Schulman, who was wonderful, was not one. So I saw Dr. Yang. I thought I had a spontaneous pneumothorax, and she was very thorough. She did a great job and informed me that it was my coughing fit that disrupted my ribs, and she was absolutely right. So she moved me around a little bit, I guess put everything back in place, and I am wonderful. Dr. Yang was wonderful, thorough. The whole group over there at Brace Road is wonderful. I've never had to wait long. Everybody's professional, courteous, pleasant, and I've gotten great care. My primary Jonathan Shulman's an awesome doctor. I feel very confident.

This is the first time in decades that I have had a doctor that attempts to tune into my needs to keep healthy. Prior to her I went through five family doctors in eight years because they just didn't listen. I'm kind of out of the box. And most doctors are what I call prescriptive doctors in the fact that there's something wrong with you and they learn to do number one number two number three number four number five number six number seven and they don't think father than what they have learned. Believe it or not prior to her. I found most of my answers talking to the public or I tripped over the answers to my specific very serious problems. I think the staff that I deal with at Cooper is very good and I have recommended her to other people, but she's not taking any new patients at this time which I'm very sorry about

Though it was my first visit I was immediately put at ease by the caring staff...from the check in person to the nurse and the doctor. Everyone was kind, courteous, knowledgable and genuinely interested. Thank you for quality care.

Dr Yang was great at explaining everything she would be doing in terms that we would understand. The gentleman who assisted us back to the exam room was absolutely phenomenal. I wish I remembered his name to give him proper recognition. He was so friendly and welcoming.
