We were very pleased and the PA was very knowledgeable and kind.

Very professional and confident.

At least many of the Dr's seem interested to help a patient get better, its all about getting the most accurate understanding of a condition in order to hopefully get a suitable treatment and care. As you get older it can seem.you are running out of ppl that care.

Everyone was very nice and polite. I've never had a problem dealing with Cooper Medicine!

It took a long time to get a appointment from the time my problem started having to go through ortho first but she was great and probably saved my life because my blood pressure was so high she insisted I go to the er after but I did go to my cardio. So I thank her for that.

The APN was amazing and so was the check in staff and Nurse whom took my vitals! def loved my experience

I was extremely impressed as soon as Ms. Joseph entered the room. As soon as I looked at her I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. She is efficient, professional and has the right bed side manner.

Susan was very good at explaining everything going on with my neck. She showed me the MRI and she explained that too. She was very easy to talk with and she gave suggestions of PT and neck injection with referral to these places. She was very excellent!

My husband already had an appointment with another doctor on the 4th floor at 10AM. I was able to move my appointment to the same day as my husband's. When his appointment was finished early, We went to the desk on the 2nd floor and asked if there was any way possible I could be seen earlier than 2:20PM. We were VERY happy when advised I could check in and be seen right away.

So yes, she's very good. Next time though, I would appreciate if you'd give me the time to answer things on my cell phone itself by way of email. I'm not really good speaking off the cuff on the phone. Thank you. Appreciate that.

Parking was easy, check in was easy. It wasn't busy and chaotic. We were seen within 15 minutes. The Doctor explained and showed us everything. It was a really great experience.

I felt very comfortable and love the attention given to my reason for the appointment.

I was able to get an appointment with Physician's Assistants within 48 hours of calling and an appointment for surgical consult by the following week. This was surprising and I am very grateful! Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming from the security guard, the front desk, the checkin and checkout personnel, to the intake nurse and Physician's assistants. Can't wait to mee the surgeon!

This was my first time visiting Susan Joseph APN having been referred by Cooper Bone and Joint Institute Orthopedics' Christie Perrello APN for acute and chronic low back pain. S. Joseph was very thorough in evaluating my mobility and physical condition. She took the time to explain X-ray reports, showed me the films, demonstrated on the spine model how my own spine differed from normal. I found Susan Joseph to be very knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to about potential options for further treatment. I appreciate her conservative approach suggesting physical therapy as the first choice to help me improve my health.

In and out.. Doctor explained my diagnoses and asked if I had questions or any confusion, then she came up with a plan for me I agree with. Susan is awesome

Everything was perfect, but there was a person at checkout that went above and beyond. He explained all my referrals, wanted to make sure I understood and I was going to make my appointment with the paperwork he was giving me.

Dr Graf is a wonderful man, he always makes sure I get the proper treatment even if he's not the dr for it, and he always remembers who I am and what we last talked about even though my appointment are months apart. I'm so grateful that he was able to give me the correct surgery

Good evening. The building was very clean. The young ladies at the receptionist intake were very courteous, very nice. It didn't take long to get called back. And the doctor was awesome, very attentive, very hands-on, very informative. I'll give her more than a 10 if I could. Can't wait to see her soon with my next appointment. And like I said, the building was very clean and it was just, the whole environment was a beautiful experience even though I took a 53 minute drive over an hour almost, it was worth it. So yeah, 10 or over 10.
