Susan Fitzgerald, I'd likely to refer her moving forward to others. She's very courteous and personable, straightforward, and nevertheless has a good sense of care for her service to the patients. I appreciate that moving forward. And she's really not that bad as I thought she would be from the second visit. compared to the first visit. She tends to really be more personable as she gets to know her patients. And I do appreciate that. Thank you.

My time with Susan Fitzgerald was excellent. She helped me to get my MRI approved and when my pain escalated over the weekend and I called and spoke with the doctor on call, Dr. Fayed was extremely helpful and encouraged me to come in immediately because of what he saw on the MRI and I was able to address the significant pain that I was having and I'm really grateful to both Susan Fitzgerald and Dr. Fayed for that experience.

Well, I'm in the beginning stages of getting an appointment with Dr. Yocum, but my, Sarah Fitzgerald, she set me up very well and sent me all the paperwork that I needed to get my scans and my x-rays and get everything started. I just have to get my medical records over to the doctor, but she was very helpful and I just feel, you know, I'm gonna be able to get an appointment really soon, which I was so surprised. So she was great. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the appt I had with Susan Fitzgerald. She was interested in my need for help, made arrangements for testing, guided me to get answers for my concerns and recommended a follow up visit to discuss the test results. She was excellent.
