This is really a very good office. My doctor is great and also the staff. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating.

Susan was very thorough in providing and explaining information pertaining to my health, she is the most thorough provider I have had thus far. It is very appreciated and makes me feel safe in her care. The staff were all so pleasant. It was a pleasure visiting the office.

I've been to many doctor office in my life but this one is the best. You have the most wonderful and caring staff at the front desk. The nurse is kind and caring and my doctor doesn't treat me like a number in and out. She takes the time to listen to me about my pain and problems. I had Susan couldn't get an appointment with Dr Andrews would definitely have Susan again she was kind and helped the pain I was in with the rx she prescribed.

Susan was very good with explaining, and double checking my blood pressure and lungs. I have bronchitis and had a Telemedicine visit call 5 days prior but I wasn't getting better. Susan ordered me more steroids and cough syrup which is helping my to breathe better. She took her time with all of my concerns. I would see her again if I'm not able to see Dr. Monti Carlo. If she's not sure she goes and checks with the Dr. I'm very satisfied with Cooper Alliance in Woodbury, everyone is very good in there.

I think that you should be able to make sure that you are speaking one-on-one with your patient. I think that there should be more communication with the pharmacy before any of the drugs are released and anybody has an opportunity to interrupt an electronic prescription going through the pharmacy. In my case, I was taking PetSmart drugs and it just intervened through the pharmacy. So I don't blame anything on you guys. I blame it on the individuals that work in the department that were set there to do such a thing. So I think that she does a fantastic job and she's great. PCP is one of my favorite that I've seen in seven years. So nothing better happens to her and make sure that she is protected. Thank you. And her name is Susan. Thank you.

Yeah, I know you guys were a little bit swamped and I wasn't really worried about the wait time. That's why I put not applicable. But yeah, I was mostly asleep for it so I didn't even notice it. But overall, you guys did great.

This is the main office of my family doctor. I trust them with my family and myself. I believe in Cooper for all of my health issues.

When I contacted my physician to make them aware of my positive Covid test, they returned my call and informed me that I needed to have a TeleMed visit. Prior to my visit, the office called for my pre~check, and the young woman from the office, offered kindness and patience, as I explained that, in November, we lost our 20 year-old grandson by his own hand. One of our granddaughters also had a fire in her apartment a few weeks later, yet our four year-old great grandson was spared. As I could not hold back the tears she listened with understanding. Later, my visit with Susan proved positive as she offered me advice and medication for Covid. A grateful patient
