Yeah, I know you guys were a little bit swamped and I wasn't really worried about the wait time. That's why I put not applicable. But yeah, I was mostly asleep for it so I didn't even notice it. But overall, you guys did great.

I was sick and walked in not knowing I would get an appointment right away. I was so appreciative.

When I contacted my physician to make them aware of my positive Covid test, they returned my call and informed me that I needed to have a TeleMed visit. Prior to my visit, the office called for my pre~check, and the young woman from the office, offered kindness and patience, as I explained that, in November, we lost our 20 year-old grandson by his own hand. One of our granddaughters also had a fire in her apartment a few weeks later, yet our four year-old great grandson was spared. As I could not hold back the tears she listened with understanding. Later, my visit with Susan proved positive as she offered me advice and medication for Covid. A grateful patient
