This is the first time I have been treated by Syrita Hart. She was professional and compassionate. Dr Robertson is my PCP. Cooper Primary Care is the best practice I have ever encountered. It is no surprise that Ms. Hart was helpful.

I usually see Dr. Cathy but have seen Dr. Hart whenever I am in a bind and need a sick appt quickly. She was a great listener and so helpful. She recommended a better/more comprehensive test for my UTI FIRST. The last time I had a UTI - I needed a more thorough test than just the in office test, and I had to go back to the office a second time to get that more thorough test. Because my first antibiotic didn't touch it. Dr. Hart also recommended and put in for an abdominal ultrasound because I've had this abdominal pain for awhile. And she and the office staff worked to get it approved by my insurance, who said they would not cover it when I called due to it not being "covered" under a typical plan of care for abdominal pain. I appreciate everyone at this location so much!

I keep returning; if my experience were not satisfactory, I'd go somewhere else!

She took her time, she was personable, I was quite comfortable talking with her, and I did not at all feel rushed. This was the the first time I saw this PA. She was very caring & professional and asked many questions about my health issues and what was bothering me. I did just have a heart ablation the week before. She did not feel a need to prescribe any meds. But told me to take the prescription cough medicine I already had and to call back if my symptoms worsened. I did call back at the end of the week and was prescribed a Z pack.

I was treated very well with both APN Hart and her student explaining things. I was swabbed and sent home and by the time I got there five prescriptions had been called in to my pharmacy. I feel much better today. I was very satisfied.
