It was very positive. Dr. Kim paid very careful attention to my health history and then offered his opinions about how to proceed. Although my appointment started late, I appreciated Dr. Kim's "bedside manner". I'm sure he was being very attentive to the patient before me. So, I didn't mind the late start. It might be more prudent to allow more time for initial appointments.

I met with Dr. Kim at 8:40 one morning. Before lunchtime, I was admitted to the hospital. I had all kinds of batteries of tests done and completed within 24 hours, and he's going to be able to figure out my situation. Him and his team provided me with excellent care from top to bottom, as well as the staff at the hospital. I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you.

His expertise shines through in how he explains very tricky information that's very emotionally driven and he's just a fabulous person overall. Very good experience, no long wait time, Doctor was very professional and courteous.

I was overwhelmed by the kindness of Dr. Kim and his staff, especially because of the fact that I became quite ill during my visit. But in spite of all that, they were incredibly kind, incredibly concerned, and Dr. Kim was wonderful, put off talking with me until I got composed, and then thoroughly explained my situation. I couldn't have been more pleased, and I will be eternally grateful for all their kindnesses.

Dr. Kim is extremely friendly which makes it easier as a patient. Very professional, Dr. Kim showed that he is very knowledgeable. He explained the x-Rays imaging and what's the next step. I am extremely happy that I went to see him. I am strongly recommending him to everyone who needs an orthopedic oncologist.

Worth the wait

Yes, so this doctor was, and I'm not going to say this for all doctors, but this one particularly was amazing. He had extreme clarity, confidence, and you knew just wonderful care and consideration. Dr. Kim, I really appreciated the way that he went about the appointment. Definitely treated us with courtesy and respect and shaking my son's hand and things like that and just being patient with us with questions I had. Also, I really appreciated him kind of digging a little bit deeper, asking if there, did I have any reservations and just going further into asking questions to make sure everything was covered. It's hard for a parent to think of things right on the spot sometimes. And with the way Dr. Kim went about the appointment, it brought about more information, more comfortability, and understanding of everything. So I really appreciate that. I feel as though some of these questions are strange and not applicable. Like, yes, courtesy and professionalism are important, just as individualized treatment - but my child being treated like a unique individual is rather over the top and strange in the sense I felt it was being asked. How often I feel like my provider should be concerned about any of the things that were asked In some instances, never. My child's provider should never be involved or concerned about some of those things at all. It was also our first time seeing this provider, so how often we feel any way about them in general is not even applicable. I feel like this survey itself could be put together way better. All in all, great doctor - very respectful - very clear and concise, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely recommend Dr. Kim to others

Dr. Kim's care was exemplary. The office staff was courteous and friendly.

Even though I had to wait a bit to see Dr. Kim, he is definitely worth the wait! He takes his time with me and answers any questions that I have or a member of my family might have. He is very thorough with my examination and very helpful with any suggestions he might have that will help me with my recovery.

Doctor explained everything to me very well and gave him all my options. I just need to have additional test performed and then we will determine what my final disposition will be respect to my problem.

I would like to say that all the staff doctors and nurses secretaries everybody from the time that I park my car in the garage until the time I walk back out and drive back out of the parking garage are amazing security people at the front desk everybody everywhere, doctors offices are so clean and they make sure everything is nice and wiped down. They take special care into listening to what you have to say And take time to explain it if you don't understand it.

Everyone I came in contact with in Dr. Kim's office and Radiology was wonderful. Dr. Kim is THE best doctor I've ever dealt with, and I've had several in my 67 years! His bedside manner is the best.
