This was my first Telemedicine visit and it was an awesome experience. I would recommend using this to anyone that can benefit from it. It was convenient to schedule through MyChart for a next day appointment with times that fit my schedule. The provider was professional, friendly and efficient!

I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to thank Dr. Di Bruno for being so kind and helpful. I really wasn't feeling good with a sinus infection she listened and prescribed me what we thought was best and I felt so much better within 24 hours. Tara fully explained everything. I also got a follow up call to make an appointment with a colorectal doctor. This staff at Doctor Venuti's office are all top notch, caring and conscientious. I think it originates from Dr. Venuti. He is extremely caring and conscientious.

The only thing I did not like, I was not called before the appointment to be roomed. Other than that, the appointment went excellent with the provider and she was actually, I would not say right on time, she was earlier than needed to be. But all in all, it was a great experience.

This is one of the best doctors appointments I had. She honestly listened. She honestly looked at my medical records and saw what I was going through and she really helped. We need more doctors like her. We actually need her to run training for other doctors and other nurses inside the building because she did an amazing job and I'm feeling 10 times better than what I was before. And we need more doctors like her. at Cooper. We need them.

The Zoom appointment was very beneficial to me because, of course, I was sick and I could not physically make it into the doctor's office.
