I am fond of Dr. Lautenslager and appreciate her intelligence and bedside manner.

Going to Ripa Center is a pleasant experience. You are seen on time, the front desk staff are always cheerful and attentive. One of the front desk staff (I wish I remembered her name, she is one of the older ones, with long, curly hair) even offers to make any future appointments I need with a Cooper specialist. Dr. Lautenslager has been my GI for almost 10 years. She has excellent bedside manners, communicates very well and has a calming presence. (This is a compliment coming from a fellow physician.)

Scheduling and seeing providers at the Ripa center is so much better that 3 Cooper and calling main scheduling line. Nicer staff, easier to schedule, clean facility.

I have several doctors I see at the RIPA Center . Each one is always very professional and cares for me as a person and takes time to talk with me about my heath needs . The staff also is professional , friendly and caring for each person who comes in .
