I have several doctors I see at the RIPA Center . Each one is always very professional and cares for me as a person and takes time to talk with me about my heath needs . The staff also is professional , friendly and caring for each person who comes in .

They were the most wonderful and I love the doctor. She was so thorough and kind and we really gave me a lot of time in the office. I was surprised. I just love them. I love Cooper. Thank you.

Dr. Lautenslager was so considerate listening to my concerns and problems. She recommended that a colonoscopy was needed which I completely agreed with. She also answered many of my questions with information I had never been given before. I found the appointment to be excellent, confirming my concerns and increasing my understanding of my body.

This was my first visit and the doctor came highly recommend. I was very happy with the doctor, staff and services. The only issue is that it is difficult to get an appointment because she books quickly. A testament to her skills as a doctor and the confidence her patients have in her abilities.

I started with Dr. Lautenslager about one year ago. She was highly recommended to me from my first cousin, a Cooper GI Physician. He was spot on in his recommendation!! Upon first meeting Dr. Lautenslager last year, I was instantly impressed. She entered the room with a big hello and a smile like a Cheshire Cat. We then started to chat about my medical issues; and what a surprise, she had totally read my chart before my visit. That additionally solidified my feeling that this was the beginning of a great professional relationship. I knew I was in the hands of, not only an exceptionally knowledgeable professional, but someone who was kind, compassionate, and cared about me as a person and as her patient. Upon leaving that visit, I had more information and more knowledge about my illness than I ever received from any of my other GI professionals. This was an eye opener for me since I have been under the care of many GI professionals since 1973. Dr. Lautenslager prescribed a new medication for me and it made a world of difference. In fact, after only a few days, I emailed her to thank her for making my quality of life so much better. I returned for my yearly visit recently. During this visit, we discussed a CAT Scan study which I never heard of in the past. Again, I was so impressed!!! I feel so blessed to have Dr. Lautenslager as part of my Cooper Care Team. She is an exemplary physician and a first class individual.

Best doctor, she really cares about her patients

I felt very lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Lautenslager within a couple of days, as I was very concerned that I might have diverticulitis. She listened carefully, recorded notes from bloodwork and MRI that I brought with me, did a physical exam and we discussed other things that could be causing my symptoms. She was very thorough, ordered a CT scan, and her suspicions were correct. She was very thorough and spent a good amount of time with me. I am very pleased to have a caring and competent gastroenterologist in my corner!
