The offices and waiting room were clean and bright. The security guard provided an excellent first impression. He greeted, smiled and asked me where I was going and opened the door to the office for me. The sound eminating from the large TV in a corner waiting area was set at a perfect volume and I watched the Olympics in Milan. I noticed that the security guard must have been communicating with the office staff from his external post. Apparently he was anticipating when to help the discharged clients in wheelchairs navigate all the doors to leave the building. It was a pleasure to see how smoothly the office ran and how well I was treated.
