You guys provide the best care. Dr. Carter is a very excellent doctor. She's very informative of what's going on with me. And the only thing that I have to say that sometimes if the appointment has to change, make sure that you text me if you can't call me to let me know that the appointment has to change. Because I did show up and it had to change. But that's okay. It's worth coming back because the service is excellent. I have no problems with you guys. I refer everybody I know to you guys. I was referred to Dr Carter by my PCP due to an abnormal mammogram. I was very apprehensive at first visit. Dr Carter made me feel comfortable and most importantly made direct eye contact at all times. things worked out well. this visit was the same. she treats you with respect and caring. very personable. and also the staff is the same. next visit is next year 2027.

A new doctor and a new office always makes me nervous. This office and all staff from check-in to check-out made me comfortable. They answered all my questions clearly and provided information I needed to make decisions.

Yes, I just love meeting Dr. Carter and I also had Dr. J in there practicing, well, Dr. J in there assisting her, but Dr. Carter was very knowledgeable. She calmed me down because I was very nervous. I would recommend her to any and everybody. She had my mom originally, so I was, you know, comfortable with that because she found my mom's cancer at a stage zero and got her eradicated. And I just love Dr. Carter and I'm glad she's my doctor. Thank you.

The caring and compassion shown by all of MD Anderson staff is why I switched to them, and dont want to go back to the way it was before. Other medical facilities could take a page out of their book and learn something about humanity.

A great visit for the first time.

I had the pleasure of having a consult with Dr. Carter. Not only did she explain everything in a way I could understand, but she was incredibly warm and caring it felt like talking to one of my own siblings. I left the appointment feeling confident that I was in the care of great hands, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Carter was very nice and took the time to get to know me and my case and not just rely on my chart.

She answered my questions and concerns fully and in a way that is easy to understand.

Dr. Carter explained more to me in the 25 minutes than the other hospital did in three months of going to them. Respectful, courteous, caring, and very informative. Wish I would have went to her first.

Dr. Carter is the most caring doctor I have ever encountered and I have seen quite a few. I trust her with my care emphatically. She listens and cares, doesn't treat you like a number and shoves you out the door. I trust her and recommend her and Cooper to anyone facing cancer.

My initial visit with Dr Cárter and I am so glad to be her patient.

Dr Carter is so caring and easy to talk to. She tried to help with all my needs and concerns since the 1st day I met her. And although my surgery was technically considered outpatient, she knew I needed rest because I'm a full time single mom so she kept me overnight. The next morning, it wasnt even 10 minutes into her shift and she came straight to me to see how I was doing. When I expressed my concerns about wanting a new oncologist, other nurses ignored me but Dr.Carter immediately looked into replacing him with someone who better fit my needs. When my old oncologist refused to refer me to pain management even though I told him I couldn't barely walk or take care of my baby because of the bone pain related to chemo, Dr. Carter stepped in to give me a referral even though my old oncologist still ignored my concerns. I eventually had to find my own pain management at Cooper Center For Healing but Dr Carter makes sure she keeps them updated on my progress as they do her as well. She's literally one of the best doctors I've had in a long time. And I trust her with my life. She promised me the first day I met her, that when she went in for surgery, she was going to remove all the cancer, and she kept her promise to me.

I am grateful to have a good Doctor, like Doctor Carter. I can talk to her, to let her know how I feel, and receive professional answers to my questions. She takes time to hear my concerns. Great Doctor and good listener.

Everyone at Cooper/MD Anderson is kind and friendly, right down to the person who validates my parking pass. Dr. Carter is amazing and I am so thankful for her, her knowledge, and her delivery. She is the best!

Dr. Carter along with her fellow were great to interact with, very knowledgeable, and spoke within a manner that I could clearly understand. I also liked how she accommodated me by allowing me to choose to have my biopsy and post visit at a location outside of Camden since I was not too fond of the commute there. I also enjoyed the med assistant that I met with prior to Dr. Carter & her fellow l. She was very personable as well and made me feel very comfortable.
