Excellent care and service

A great visit for the first time.

I had the pleasure of having a consult with Dr. Carter. Not only did she explain everything in a way I could understand, but she was incredibly warm and caring it felt like talking to one of my own siblings. I left the appointment feeling confident that I was in the care of great hands, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Carter was very nice and took the time to get to know me and my case and not just rely on my chart.

Dr. Carter is the most caring doctor I have ever encountered and I have seen quite a few. I trust her with my care emphatically. She listens and cares, doesn't treat you like a number and shoves you out the door. I trust her and recommend her and Cooper to anyone facing cancer.

Dr Carter is so caring and easy to talk to. She tried to help with all my needs and concerns since the 1st day I met her. And although my surgery was technically considered outpatient, she knew I needed rest because I'm a full time single mom so she kept me overnight. The next morning, it wasnt even 10 minutes into her shift and she came straight to me to see how I was doing. When I expressed my concerns about wanting a new oncologist, other nurses ignored me but Dr.Carter immediately looked into replacing him with someone who better fit my needs. When my old oncologist refused to refer me to pain management even though I told him I couldn't barely walk or take care of my baby because of the bone pain related to chemo, Dr. Carter stepped in to give me a referral even though my old oncologist still ignored my concerns. I eventually had to find my own pain management at Cooper Center For Healing but Dr Carter makes sure she keeps them updated on my progress as they do her as well. She's literally one of the best doctors I've had in a long time. And I trust her with my life. She promised me the first day I met her, that when she went in for surgery, she was going to remove all the cancer, and she kept her promise to me.

Dr. Carter was excellent. Very interested in knowing my concerns. Very understanding, very knowledgeable, excellent provider. Keep up the good work. Staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend COOPER to everyone.
