Always a very pleasant experience

He's always very responsive to me and he listens and he tries to do what he can. If I think I have a problem, he wants to send me to somebody else like pay for an x-ray, ultrasound, things like that. But he's a good guy and he does care. His people there do care, very pleasant. And in fact, my grandson will be seeing him for the first time in a couple of weeks. He's like 25 years old. He's a little autistic. So I was telling my daughter, you know, what I think of this Thomas Wall. So she did make an appointment for him. And that's about it. I have no complaints.

As someone who's had a PK, had PK in my entire life, and I've only been to a couple of doctors, Dr. Wall and Amstar are the two best I've ever had. And I would recommend them to anyone I know who has PKU, but, you know, that's kind of to learn that we know each other, but they are the best I've ever had.

I needed an urgent appointment and the staff responded very quickly, which I greatly appreciate. I was greeted upon arrival and the staff member I'd spoken to reinforced her concern about getting to a resolution of my medical issue. My physician was able to offer both needed medication along with a plan as well as a referral as a backup plan in case I experienced any worsening of my symptoms over the weekend.

Dr. Wall was great! Such a breath a fresh air as I was having a bit of anxiety before my appointment due to not seeing a doctor for a few years. He answered all of my concerns and informed me thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. 5 stars!

Dr Wall is excellent and took the time to talk and answer my questions. The nurses were also great and gave me a couple shots even massaging the area afterwards. They are so sweet and intelligent! I love being a patient here!

Everyone at Dr Walls office is very pleasant and helpful. This is something that comes automatically every time I visit.

He listened and he let me know about my health conditions without me explaining it to him because he actually read my chart and just confirmed basically everything that I'm going through. I was pleased with how he treated my son at his first adult visit and I decided to switch my primary care to Dr. Wall, very professional and thorough and caring and empathetic to my conditions. I'm currently battling Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer and needed someone who's up to date with technology and listens when I talk. Bedside manners were a 10! Highly recommend Dr. Wall.

I felt very cared for. I was undergoing a loss. I lost my partner and he, it was sudden. And Dr. Wahl and the whole staff was just very, very nice to me, very good to me. They took their time. They listened to what I had to say. I felt very, very well cared for. And I'm going to send my son there too.

Dr. Wall and this location saved me from leaving Cooper. The previous office I visited I hated. This location and Dr. Wall are awesome. Dr.Wall is amazing and efficient. Was courtesy and kind

I am so pleased with the help and the concern that Dr. Wahl has given my mother at the age of 84. He is very good with her. He takes his time and explains her blood workup results, her medications, her anything that she is having a problem with, he will take the time and explain it to her. We are very satisfied with him.
