The provider went above and beyond explaining possible medications to add to reduce cholesterol levels, possible food substitutions for breakfast to keep blood sugar levels down and possible activities to pursue during the holiday season. Yes, on the survey, I could not come up with a 10 on my phone while I'm driving. So the best I could do was 9, but I would make them tens. I've had a very good experience. When I've come up there, the doctors and the nurse practitioners have been wonderful. Your staff has been fine. If there's any questions or concerns, I find it very informative when I go up. And I do leave as if they took their time and cared for us all. Overall, I would give it a very good review. Thank you.

I can't say enough about everyone at The Ripa Center. The doctors, the PAs the nurses, the front desk and the ladies who check you out. They are simply marvelous; so very kind and considerate. They go out of their way to help and answer questions. It's the perfect place to go for women's health. I love it there.

I left there very happy finding out that my blood sugar dropped. I lost a couple pounds and she gave me the kudos on the one a great job.

I was scheduled for a 1:30 appointment I arrived at 1:20 because I received a message to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time. At 2:30 I went to the front desk and asked why I had not been seen yet. The first receptionist said may be you didn't sign in. I replied yes I did and showed her my check receipt that was stapled to another paper. They asked me to wait to see happened. Five minutes later I was seeing the doctor. She was very apologetic. My provider was very compassionate, very knowledgeable, and very understanding. She was able to come up with a plan of action rather quickly, and we were able to have very insightful conversations during my appointment. Overall, the appointment lasted a short while, and it was very quick and easy. As far as suggestions or room for feedback, I would say providing some more descriptive directions for accessing the building and going to your floor. I checked in on floor one when I could have just checked in when I got to floor three. So that's my feedback. Thank you.

My experience with Cooper from entering the door to exiting to leave has been a flawless experience. From the front door the greeters/receptionist were kind and cheery and pleasant. Dr. Butler was and is always considerate in discussing my test results with me and my wife. She is interested in our feedback or questions if I had any concerns and answers my questions. She is an asset to Cooper Health.

I feel that she cares and takes the time to explain my diabetes. She gives suggestions to help me stay on track. She makes sure that I understand what is going with my lab work. This helps me stay on track.

Tiffany is great. She always responds to my questions on the portal and bends over backwards to help me.

Tiffany is excellent at what she does. She showed true concern with resolutions to my concerns. She broke down medical terms for me to understand which I really appreciate and she is always caring.
