Very good experience excellent staff doctor appointment and a trainee was with the doctor also.

Everyone was professional, caring and efficient from the receptionist to the doctor. This is the best medical office I and my husband have ever had the pleasure to visit. Would not go anywhere else! !

The doctor took time to show me the cyst and explained the shape and size and what it means for future care.

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Doctor Averch was professional and explained things concisely.

I want to acknowledge that everyone in the office was extremely pleasant. The person who checked me in, the nursing assistant, the checkout staff. They were all so friendly and really nice. It was a welcomed surprise as a lot of doctors' office staff nowadays is not always as pleasant and sometimes have an attitude or just a demeanor of flatness. This office staff was so pleasant. And it was not just one person, but the entire staff. Whatever they are doing to keep up this type of moral and rapport, keep it going. It's noticeable and very nice.

I showed up late because of power outages due to the storm and they still made sure to get me in and I greatly appreciated it.
