Dr. Fayyaz and the nurse in the office were kind, warm and extremely thorough as well as professional. I highly recommend this office for anyone who is looking for a Neurology specialist.

She listened, took time to answer my questions and my son's (who had attended by FaceTime) and explained the disease I have in an understandable way. Dr. Fayyaz and I discussed my brain MRI. She explained what was displayed on the film and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I asked her about the pain I was experiencing in my neck and lower back since my fall and concussion in February. She suggested PT and I start December first. I waited 7 months for my appointment. Specialist like a neurologist, which Dr. Fayyaz is, take some time to see. I really liked her and would recommend her.

Scheduling staff was very accommodating & worked to get me an appointment with Dr Fayyaz as quickly as possible. They called me when there was a cancellation to find out if that day/time worked for me. Medical assistant was friendly & efficient. Dr Fayyaz's clinical staff was very patient with me when I needed a letter/form from the doctor. I had what I needed in less than 24 hours. And Dr Fayyaz is wonderful. It was clear that she listened to my concerns with 100% attention & then addressed those concerns with compassion & understanding. I did not feel rushed through the appointment. I love Dr. Faiyaz. She's very understanding and takes her time with you in the office. She doesn't rush you she answers all the questions that you may have. And then make sure you're finished before she ends the appointment. I would recommend her to anybody.

The reason I answered "never" to questions about the provider is because don't consider Dr. Fayyaz my provider. She is a doctor who gave me a nerve test and I don't expect to see her again. She was very kind and I liked her - that's it.
