It was weird to throw in call 911 in case of an emergency in the middle of a survey, but besides that, everything is perfect. I absolutely love love love love Doctor Persily.

Dr. Persily is an Excellent Doctor. She is professional, knowledgeable and cares for her patients. Dr. Persily moved from Jefferson Healthcare to Cooper Healthcare. She is good; so, my Mom moved with her, too.

My visits with Dr. Persley have always been pleasant. I'm fairly new to her as a primary care physician, but I'm very pleased with the care that she provides and how just how pleasant she is. It makes me feel far more comfortable in nervous situations. I enjoy her so much that my mother is going to switch from her primary to Dr. Persley in the hopes that she is still seeing or welcoming new patients. But only downside was just the long wait, but that's understandable in the current climate. So it wasn't that big of an issue.

The Internet went out and there were no available test records to review. I tried to pull them up on my phone but could only get online after I left the building. She rescheduled me already so that's great.

I did have to wait close to an hour from my 10am appointment. Dr said sorry about wait, but still seems rather a long wait even for a doctor visit that waiting is normal. And one of your questions was did anyone come out and say anything about the delay, that would have been nice. But, everyone was very nice and in good spirits which really is important in that environment. Overall a very nice experience.

The switch to a video appointment, due to weather, was seamless and was as thorough as an in office visit. The assistant who scheduled the change, the one who went through all the history and vitals were courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Persily is simply a top Dr. That checks off all the boxes. Courteous, friendliness, thoroughness in going over history and all changes and takes the time to ask about each symptom or track that each of my specialists are on. Questions to ask them for clarification of care. She then reviews everything discussed and plan forward. You leave appointment knowing you are in good hands.

This was the first time seeing Dr. Pursley. She's not my regular doctor, but she did seem concerned and she did listen and she did try to understand my circumstances being that they are so cumbersome unfortunately, I was unable to see Dr. Nemeth any sooner than I wanted, but Dr Perci did her best to try to help me in a way that she thought would improve my circumstances until I could get back to see Dr. Nemeth in the future
