My experience involved one, seeing Dr. Trina Graham. She was phenomenal. She explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. She shows kindness and compassion on every single visit. My second comment is about the lab personnel in the specialty care building in Cherry Hill. The receptionists in the lab are lacking any customer service skills. They are not compassionate treating people as patients that need extra care or any type of care. They are, the receptionist is rude.

She was excellent. She explained after the 6 weeks of PT & Aqua therapy if still no improvement then MRI would be ordered. I assumed at visit that an MRI would be ordered not just an X-ray. Have past issues of herniated discs. But I'm not a healthcare professional I am sure they must follow certain protocols.

This was an awesome experience. In fact I called a friend who is dealing with similar issues and highly recommended them use the people I saw yesterday.

And I think somebody that has trouble with that sort of thing might have been a little lost. You can call me if you'd like. You have my number. I could give you more specifics, and I'll say the same thing about this survey as I said the last time. It is very poorly constructed, especially asking people to choose between 0 and 10. You know people are going to press the 1 of a 10 and get it wrong and not push the 0. 0 to 9 is already a 10-point scale. Come on. The questions are poorly phrased, and the response matrix is poorly

I have seen Trina Graham a few times and she explains everything so you understand what's going on. Suggest a few different options for my specific problems or refers me to another provider who could help me. She is pleasant and always smiling. Just a nice woman!

she was great. explained it all. hate that it is a process but she has now explained that. an i do understand. ultimately i know i will need surgery and doing pt will only hurt my pocket and possible make my injury worse.
