Dr Del Signore was extremely professional, well-read on my concerns, and within 12-15 minutes had determined that I had a clean bill of health. Excellent bedside manner. If I have future concerns I'll absolutely seek counsel from the good doctor.

From the check in, medical check up to the check out, every staff member was courteous, professional and efficient.

It was my first time at this location. Staff was both friendly and professional. Doctor was attentive to my comments and very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to seeing her again and working with her on my health issues

Dr. Del Signore is the most delightful doctor I have dealt with. She is efficient, kind, informative, speaks so I can understand what is happening and her smile lightens up your day. She is great.

It was a very good experience

The doctor's appointment was very thorough from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. The first floor front desk was able to look up my appointment and provided very good directions. The check in staff was knowledgeable and swift. Dr. Valentina Del Signore is one of the best. She was very professional, full of energy, and very knowledgeable of my conditions. We were able to discuss everything at the appointment. I was able to schedule my follow up appointments at check out. Great staff! Lastly, the office was very clean and quiet.

Everyone is excellent. I love their service, from the reception staff to the doctor; they are all very kind and professional.

She was thorough thoughtful and took the time to answer questions to ensure my understanding. Had they recommend her.

Dr. Del Signore takes time to explain and expresses herself in a manner easy to understand. She listens. I explained the difficulty I was having in getting one of my meds approved by my insurance provider. She took the time to straighten out this issue, contacted the insurance provider, and got back to me with positive results. I have total confided in her.

I had Dr.Becker and he was the best doctor anyone could ask for.. He had to move on so he put me with a Doctor he trained forget her name but I love her it will be her and I till the end. 10 stars

Every staff encounter I had was a pleasant one. Although I am sad to lose Dr. Becker, as I had been his patient for a long time and he had a remarkable bedside manner, Dr. Del Signore seems like a good fit moving forward. I felt comfortable talking to her and she explained things well. I look forward to seeing her in the future.

I really appreciate Dr. Valentina's care and time taken to go over my concerns and bloodwork and was given good advice moving forward. I was treated with kindness and attention which is far different than what I've received from a "caregiver" at another practice. Everyone from the front desk to the close of the appointment was very professional and I could tell that they really care about people.

I wish I would have been able to see my new doctor in person but due to the snow storm I will see her on my next visit!

You didn't do anything that needs improvement. This lady was wonderful. I'm going to really need her for what I went there for. And there are other doctors in there that could help me, you know, like my spine. Hopefully I can see an orthopedist. Whatever, you just want to know about that doctor. Yeah. I'm very happy with the entire group. So we'll have to see what happens later on. But right now, I'm very happy. How do I get out of this

Dr. DEL SIGNORE Was absolutely wonderful. I had to bring my kids and she was incredibly patient and allowed for the extra time to explain and discuss everything with me. I appreciated her input and her expertise.

Doctor Del Signore was very knowledgeable. She spoke to me with respect and listened to, and considered, my feedback. She is new with Cooper, and as a diabetic, I look forward to working with her on my health issues for years to come. As a new hire, she was a great choice.

I think I may have given a low rating on one of the beginning questions, which I just mispressed the number. Everything was done to perfection. Although I was not greeted with a hello, it was, I surmised that both receptionists were on the telephones with other customers. However, when I was waited on, I was waited on diligently, efficiently, and with respect. Dr. Elsonur is amazing and I wish she was a primary care physician because I would love to be able to trust my health care with her. I had a very great experience.

My Tech today was extra nice when she did my thyroid exam

The Doctor was very, very good at explaining things to me in a way I could understand. She also answered my questions in a way that was again easy to understand. I really appreciated that about her. She didn't rush through my appointment like some doctors do, leaving you feeling like a number instead of a person.

This was my first visit with Dr Del Signore. She was FANTASTIC. She was attentive. She answered all of my questions in a way that easy to understand. I felt seen and heard. She was excellent at making eye contact when she talked to her. I was very impressed by her care, concern, and knowledge. I was very impressed. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well.

This is not to say that there's anything you can improve, but I would just say that from the beginning to the end of the process of this appointment was the most easy, and everyone that I encountered was very kind and pleasant, and the doctor was fantastic, really explained a lot and got into depth into it, which I really loved. So I've had some issues with other places at Cooper, and I just wanted to say I don't have any of those issues here, which is really nice. Thanks.
