Dr. Lawless was very thorough, checking my mother and going over all of her health history. I was very pleased with the care that we got.

Dr. Lawless was attentive and took all of my concerns into account. As a new patient I felt like I could give her all of the information and she was actively listening and addressed everything without being in a rush.

I'm really happy to see that Dr. Lawless took the time to listen to me and ask questions about my health. She did not seem rushed to move onto her next appointment so I hope they do not start to over schedule her.

The age range is all five since birth my first grandchild was born in 2008 than 2 more grandchildren in 2013 one grandchild in 2021 & my last grandchild in 2023 so all of them have received great care so I really feel comfortable with my care from Cooper ! ! !! !

I want to thank Dr. Lawless so much. She really listened to me, sorted through the admittedly random list of symptoms I presented, and performed appropriate tests. Additionally, she looked out for my future health by recommending allergy testing for my childhood penicillin allergy to see if we can safely use it again. Her expertise led to a diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. I felt very safe in her care, and truly appreciate her help in setting me on the road to feeling better.

This provider was fairly new. She took time to explain my issues and the treatment. She genuinely cared to get to know me.

Yeah, the staff and Dr. Lawless were great, wonderful, kind, respectful. It is clear to me, though, that 20 minutes is not enough time for a doctor to do the kind of work that she needs to do. She was running late and my wife saw her afterwards she was even later. I don't think it's a doctor's fault. I don't think she can do her job in 20 minutes. So that is, I think, a totally unreasonable expectation. And I wish you could fix that. That's the only feedback I have.

Dr. Lawless and I met for the first time on a telehealth call. She considered everything in my massive health history before prescribing me anything. I would have a lot of confidence in the future, seeing her again.

This was a telemedicine call with Dr. Veronica Lawless. She was positively caring and very engaged in all my symptoms. Dr. Lawless was so attentive to me, a complete stranger to her! I can only imagine how her own patients feel when they have an office visit with her. Before our call ended, Dr. Lawless made certain I knew what medications she ordered for me and how to take them. She also repeated that I should go back to Cooper Urgent Care if I did not recognize my symptoms improving and also explained what would be done then! I like my provider but I believe I will change my provider to Dr. Lawless, that's how good I felt she was.

They save my life. My neck was broke. My arm was broke. My knee was broken. My wife, upper arm was fractured. My brain was fractured. I was bleeding the right left side of my head. They did an awesome job repairing me. I cannot say nothing negative about those people.

Cooper is an exceptional hospital dealing with some of the most difficult patients in America and they still provide care to everyone.

Provider was not my regular primary care provider but because I needed to be seen immediately I got an appointment with Dr. Lawless. I was very happy with my visit and the care she provided
