The staff was friendly and extremely professional! Dr.Chen was attentive and addressed my concerns. The medical assistant that did my ekg was professional and friendly as well as the phlebotomist who did an excellent job. After I finished I was asked to have a seat. As I'm sitting there, young lady at the front desk and said "I'm sorry ma'am are you waiting for something? Rather than letting me sit there she checked on me. From beginning to end awesome staff! !

Dr. Chan has perfect bedside manner. He is lucky. Many doctors don't have that gift! Cooper is lucky to have him as part of their team.

I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Hernandez as I saw her last year and liked her a lot. Somehow appointment switched to Dr. Chan who is fine too but I wanted to establish care with a female primary care provider.

The staff at Moorestown are super friendly and professional. They really put you at ease, especially having white coat syndrome. Dr. Chan is the absolute best! He doesn't make you feel rushed and is extremely thorough.

Dr. Chan was quite excellent. In the past, it was difficult getting answers to questions with other people. Dr. Chan answered every question. He must have spent an extra 30 minutes with my questions because I'm an age where I'm getting a little confused about things. So I'm 53 years in customer service and retail furniture. He listens and he answers questions. I'd hire him in a minute for customer service and retail furniture. He's that good of human interaction and really good communication. I guess that's about it. So do I got to wait for another beep or something? I'd really pay money for a copper wire on a pole and an analog phone. Can't stand this digital stuff.

I like my interaction with Dr. Chen. Every time I see him, he knows exactly who I am. I tell him the different issues I think I'm having, and we talk about what I can do to improve it. He's very caring, he's very knowledgeable, and the only reason I wouldn't give him to somebody else is because I don't want it to be too busy in there. I want him to be able to focus like he does.
