I overall had a pleasant experience seeing Dr. Laplant at Cooper Advanced Care Center at Sheridan Pavilion on [Date] He was very warm and inviting and the other staff were just as great! I originally go to 808 Market Street Center for Healing, but Im thinking that for future visits, just going to Sheridan Pavilion.

I had zero wait at all. Everybody was very helpful, very nice, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Everything was smooth and thorough. Fast and easy. Extremely friendly and helpful

I would just like to say that usually addicts are like treated with disdain and I don't feel that at all there. They don't look down on you, they don't judge and they really are there to help. And I appreciate it and I look forward to seeing everyone there when I go. It's a good experience and I appreciate it. Thank you.

Cooper Hospital, doctors, nurses, etc. have saved my life numerous times. I respect and follow my treatment because they explained it to me explicitly as they can and I understand that the people who work at Cooper Hospital have my best interest in their heart.

I think it's the most extraordinary doctor's office that I've ever came to because everyone seems to be so nice and kind to you and make you feel appreciated, make you feel that you want it, and that's so important to me in my life. So I thank the staff management, the people that have absorbed it together because everyone seems very important with their job. They did a wonderful job with that office. They're all extraordinary.

Everyone I have ever met at the 2 offices in camden I've been to have been extremely patient, polite and genuinely nice to me. Im sure its part of the culture they are asked to present for cooper but I have not witnessed any of your staff just going through the motions, they all seem genuinely sincere in all they do, its honestly impressive

I would like to say about Dr. Laplant specifically, it was extremely easy to build rapport with him. He made me feel that I was a person as opposed to a client and or a patient. He took the time to listen to me. He didn't rush me through any of my responses and he maintained an engagement even if I was having a pretty lengthy response or a pretty drawn out response.,community feel welcome, community feel safe and secure. Dr. Laplant is doing his job extremely well.
