Very comfortable

It was my first time meeting Dr. Chivate and I have to say it's the most comfortable I've felt in while visiting a doctors office. He answered all of my questions and concern and I did not feel rushed at all. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. Very nice doctor and I'm sure everyone has a great experience when seeing him.

Dr. Shivate is an excellent physician. He works well with me as a patient. I've only had to see him twice and due to an emergency and hospitalization. I have been discharged from his care, but he did anticipate after I'm having surgery in June and he suggested additional lab work be done by my primary physician just to keep tabs on my sodium because of pain levels can actually cause sodium to be depleted a bit. So I was very impressed that he took that time to talk to me about that. Thank you.

I felt thoroughly informed by Dr. Chavate. He was very open and explained things I didn't understand. I truly felt listened to as a patient. I didn't feel rushed as though he had someone else waiting. I left more aware of my responsibility to my own well being as a result of this important appointment.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Dr. Chivati, In my opinion is dedicated to his calling as a professional physician in his field of care and service to me. He actually works in community with the various physicians on my chart with respect that together each doctor work as a "Team" of Cooper Physicians on my behalf as a single patient. He's naturally friendly, humble and very easy to talk too and don't mind answering questions. I might add that he is patient and kind at heart. I pray for him and thank God for appointing Chivate as my physical health expert.

Dr. Chivati is an exceptional doctor with incredible compassion and communicative skills.

Dr Chivate was really great. My case is unusual and he worked to understand what was happening with the significant drop in my sodium level. Treatment plan was confirmed and I left. About 1+hr he called to tell me my sodium level was completed and actually was at the highest point,146, of normal. Treatment plan changed to respond to the dramatic upswing in sodium level. I will have the regular lab work as necessary. Dr Chivate was really great for the quick follow through.
