Dr. Chivati, In my opinion is dedicated to his calling as a professional physician in his field of care and service to me. He actually works in community with the various physicians on my chart with respect that together each doctor work as a "Team" of Cooper Physicians on my behalf as a single patient. He's naturally friendly, humble and very easy to talk too and don't mind answering questions. I might add that he is patient and kind at heart. I pray for him and thank God for appointing Chivate as my physical health expert.

Everyone from start to finish was so polite. Facility is clean with plenty of parking. I waited only mins before seen.

Dr Chivate was really great. My case is unusual and he worked to understand what was happening with the significant drop in my sodium level. Treatment plan was confirmed and I left. About 1+hr he called to tell me my sodium level was completed and actually was at the highest point,146, of normal. Treatment plan changed to respond to the dramatic upswing in sodium level. I will have the regular lab work as necessary. Dr Chivate was really great for the quick follow through.

The personal touch is most important and always applicable.

I answered usually instead of always because it was my first visit with this doctor. I was very satisfied with the care I received.

My provider and his staff were exceptional. Check in however is too redundant, check in via phone/computer and again at the desk. One or the other would be enough.
