My son needed an xray so we were sent across the street to get it done all at once rather than scheduling another appt with was helpful. In addition to that, I mentioned to my son that I felt bad for not thinking to bring a snack for him and a staff happened to over hear me and offered my son a small snack, which was so nice of them and unexpected. The doctor helped me to understand the steps needed to best help my son

Positive experience and everyone (staff) was helpful and considerate to my elderly mom. Dr. Shapiro answered all our questions and was considerate, kind and made the office visit pleasant.

Dr Shapiro and her staff are always so pleasant and helpful at every office, not just voorhees. The nurse Ana who assists you in the beginning is the best nurse I've ever dealt with and I've been a caregiver for several family members & I work in healthcare she really needs to be rewarded for such excellent service, she is truly one of a kind!

Dr. Shapiro was very well-knowledge, explained to us what was going on, and she guided us in the right direction. We're waiting to follow up with her, but we feel very confident and we feel very comfortable with Dr. Shapiro. Great job.

My doctor was very knowledgeable and informative. I think she was having a very busy day because she wasn't very friendly for meeting her the first time. That's not really important. It's important that she knows what she's doing and I believe she does.

This 2nd appointment was a much better experience than my 1st appt. I felt valued by the provider and felt I had her full engaged attention. The office staff was very nice and very engaged.

I felt like the doctor and the nurse that are, or whoever helped us beforehand, were very kind. They seemed to care, which was not something that I felt like I received in the past, so I'm definitely gonna be coming back, because I felt like the service was very good, and I felt like the doctor was excellent, the nurse was excellent. They were very friendly, and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable, so I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful doctors and assistants. Kind, patient and caring. Also recommended good pkaces to buy hearing aids. Thank you so very much.

Dr. Shapiro has been a life changing doctor for me this last year. She continues to provide the highest level of care and has guided me through a cancer journey that at times has been hard and overwhelming. And, as it relates to the mental health aspect of my cancer journey, Dr. Shapiro certainly displays genuine and sincere compassion and spends time assisting me emotionally as I continue to process my cancer journey. Dr. Shapiro, aka Dr. K., is truly the best of the best. She inspires me to always push hard to stay strong and healthy.

The front desk staff was very nice personable and took care of me as soon as I came in the doctor and her staff were great. It was a very short waiting. Period and everybody was lovely.

We have been coming to Cooper Health for years because of the outstanding care we receive from Dr. Koshkerava/Shapiro. We drive over an hour to get there, but wouldn't change to another physician nearby. Dr. Shapiro is one of the best physicians we have ever been privileged to have treat us.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Checking in was great. The nurse was so friendly and attentive. The doctor was so nice and help me understand my ear problems. She was very thoughtful too!

I entered into the Cooper health system about a year ago. I've had multiple visits both in Cape May, Courthouse, and in Camden. Every staff member is kind and courteous. I am so impressed with all of your customer service.

Dr. Shapiro is very caring my first appointment. I was so nervous that I didn't really hear everything that was said and I made a new appointment a couple days later and she reviewed and went over everything. She spent a good half hour with me making sure I understood everything Before my surgery thank you, Dr. Shapiro.
